To safeguard the sanctity of the ballot, we must move beyond the mechanics of voting and address the financial machinery that powers it. The Center for Fiscal Transparency and Public Integrity (CeFTPI) is dedicated to entrenching transparency, accountability, and rigorous ethical standards in the financing of political processes. We believe that a vote cast in a polling booth is only as free as the money used to secure it is clean. By advocating for real-time digital disclosures and independent audits of party finances, we aim to close the loopholes that allow "dark money" to dictate our national direction.

Central to our mission is the commitment to decoupling public sector resources from electoral competition. In a prebendal system, the line between the national treasury and the campaign war chest is dangerously blurred. CeFTPI works to reinforce this boundary, ensuring that the path to leadership is paved with merit and citizen trust rather than siphoned public wealth and state capture. We strive to create an environment where the "gatekeepers" of our democracy—especially INEC—are held to a standard of fiscal discipline that reflects the gravity of their mandate. Without this integrity, the electoral process is not a choice, but a transaction.
