Ekpenyong Akaninyene Effiong is a veteran Music video/ movie Director. He hails from Ikot Abasi Nsit, Nsit Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. He had his primary education at Nsit No. 1 Qua Iboe church school, Afia Nsit/Mbiokporo 2. He gained admission into the then prestigious Lutheran High school, Obot Idim in the present day Ibesikpo-Asutan L.G.A. for his junior secondary education and proceeded to Etinan Institute Etinan for senior Secondary Education Upon completion of Secondary Education, He gained admission to study Theatre Arts in the University of Uyo. He is currently 47 years old.
