He is the son-in-law of Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Abba served in the Executive Council of Kano State from 2011 to 2015.His currently running for governor in Kano State and he has the following Qualifications:FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE(FSLC), SSCE, MBA1999, PGDM-1995, HND1989, ND-1985 . He is 59 years old.
