Mutfwang Caleb Manasseh is currently running for governor in Plateau State . Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Esq. (born 12 March, 1965) is a Nigerian politician and lawyer, who was the Chairman of Mangu Local Government Council, elected in 2014 under the People's Democratic Party (P.D.P). He was the Secretary of the Association of Local Governments (ALGON) in Plateau State (2014-2016). He is the Plateau State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).Caleb Mutfwang was born in Wussasa, Zaria. He had his primary education at LEA Primary School Ampang-West, Mangu LGA from 1973 to 1977, went to Boys Secondary School, Gindiri graduated in 1982. Worked briefly with the Federal Office of Statistics and the defunct Nigerian Bank for Commerce of Industry (NBCI) before continuing his educational pursuit at the School of Preliminary Studies, Keffi from 1983 to 1984. He is currently 57 years old.
